Healthy Kids with Essential Oils

Do you want to learn about natural ways to support your family’s health & wellness? Join Sofia for a workshop on how to use essential oils in your children’s life. We will talk safety, DIY recipes, and how these oils work to support and maintain a healthy and growing little body.
Essential oils are concentrated substances derived from plants, seeds, bark and roots and have powerful medicinal properties. They have been used for thousands of years in various cultures for different health purposes.
They benefits are vast and uses versatile. Essential Oils can be used to support emotional and physical healing, they can be used as household cleaning products and for personal care and beauty products. Not one single ingredient is synthetic, toxic, or chemically derived.
Option to bring your little ones with you or leave them at home.
TWEEN YOGA & EXPRESsIVE aRTS

This is for the tween or young teen girl in your life! In this workshop we will focus on building inner and outer strength as as well as physical and mental flexibility and learn to let go stress and anxiety, build a healthy relationship with our bodies and feel great about ourselves.
Yoga and Expressive Arts promotes the mind-body connection and is a creative and successful way to develop a positive body image which is very needed at this age. Explore yoga postures and flowing sequences, practice breathing exercises and enjoy deep relaxation in a non-competitive environment. Together we create a safe and creative space for expressing what is going on in our worlds. We learn to trust in the process as we explore poor creative power.
Feel free to bring an art journal and your own art supplies like favorite pencils and images cut out from magazines, colored papers etc.
