Sofia & Jessica are teaming up to bring you a day of wellness close to home. Enjoy a day full of relaxation and adventure at a the wonderful Solomon Episcopal Retreat Center in Loranger, Louisiana. Relax in the natural beauty of the surrounding woods, the serene lake, lush gardens, hiking trails and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

Discover a personal apporach to manage your optimal health with workshops for positive life managment skills. We will offer several classes and workshops throughout the day, where you can choose to participate in all of our offerings or pick the ones that appeal to you. Together we will explore restorative yoga, meditation, movement, healing arts, intuitive eating, nature hikes and natural remedies.

You will be able to wind down, unplug and reconnect to yourself in this relaxing environment. We will offer helathy snacks and lunch throughout the day and the food will be prepared with nourishing ingredients and lots of love.

Peaceful Solomon Episcopal Retreat Center

The Peaceful Solomon Episcopal Retreat Center is located on 207 rolling acres of piney woods just north of Robert, Louisiana. Nestled in sprawling woodlands, featuring a 12-acre lake, over 92 acres of hiking and ross country trails as well as an outdoor swimming pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts, two well-maintained campfire areas and a big athletic field for recreational sports. This is the perfect spot to relax, step away from stressors of daily life and help better yourself spiritually, emotionally and physically. Welcome!
